How Our Process Begins

  • 01. For scheduling sake, we take it as a heads-up that your flowers are on their way once you’ve booked with us.

    02. You prep and ship your flowers following the steps below.

    03. We receive and inspect them, then begin our design process.

    04. You’ll get updates along the way, and we’ll keep in touch as your piece comes to life.

When to Ship & General Tips

    • Please ship your bouquet the day after your event, if possible.

    • If your event is on a Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, make sure your courier guarantees next-day delivery.

    • Never ship on a Saturday or Sunday — flowers will just sit and spoil.

    • If needed, hold your bouquet until Monday and ship for Tuesday delivery.

    • Compare shipping costs on PirateShip.com, FedEx, or UPS — PirateShip often has the best rates (we use it ourselves).

    • Don’t request a signature at delivery — this can delay the process.

    • Send us your tracking number as soon as you ship your flowers.

Before You Ship

  • 💧 Keep flowers in fresh water and change the water daily.

🌬️ Store in a cool place, away from heat or direct sun.

🧊 Use the fridge if needed, but avoid fruits and veggies (they release gases that can age blooms).

🥀 Do not toss your bouquet — ask your florist for a smaller toss bouquet instead.

🤝 Assign someone you trust to care for your bouquet if you’re unavailable.

Supplies You’ll Need

    • 1 sturdy shipping box (not too big)

    • 1 small inner box (acts as a vase)

    • Packing material: brown paper, newspaper, or tissue — no bubble wrap or plastic touching the flowers

    • Frozen coolant packs (a must during warmer months)

    • Water vials or moist paper towels

    • Rubber bands + tape

    • A note with your info (details below)

  • Tuck a small note inside your box with the following:

    • Full name

    • Phone number

    • Shipping address

    • Email address

    • Event date

    • Instagram handle (optional, if you'd like to be tagged in progress photos!)

How to Pack Your Flowers

Take a moment to watch me walk you through this process or read through the list of instructions below:

    • Trim the stems right before packing to help them absorb moisture.

    • If using water vials, attach to each stem. Otherwise, wrap stem bottoms in moist paper towels, seal in a small plastic bag, and secure with a rubber band.

    • Tape the small box inside the larger one. This will hold your bouquet upright.

    • Tape coolant packs securely to the box sides (to prevent crushing).

    • Add packing material around the inner box to cushion and hold everything in place.

    • Gently place your bouquet inside the small box and secure it with extra padding.

    • Add one layer of tissue paper over the top before closing the box.

    • Seal it up tight — and you’re ready to ship!

🚫 NO PLASTIC WRAP — plastic traps moisture and heat, which can cause wilting and mold.
